David has been involved with real estate in the Phoenix metro area since 2003 and is currently a top producing REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Originally a marketing and sales trainer for Del Webb and Pulte Homes, David moved from new home sales to residential real estate in 2005. Since making the move, David has closed nearly $100,000,000 worth of transactions for buyers and sellers.
Mr. Courtright has a long record of successfully guiding both his buying and selling clients. David’s buying clients benefit from over a decade’s worth of experience negotiating purchase contracts, handling inspections, and coordinating all aspects of a real estate purchase. His buying strategy is simple: Help the buyer find the right home and handle everything else on their behalf. The goal is to have a happy homeowner who is thrilled with the service received.

In addition to regular buyers and sellers, David has vast experience handling corporate relocations, short sales, and foreclosures. He is also a valued member of the Arizona Supreme Court’s Special Real Estate Commissioner team and handles court ordered sales that often involve divorce, loss of a family member, or probate situations. David is often called upon by leaders at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to assist in training the hundreds of agents in Arizona and is often referred to as an expert in his field.
